BALTIMORE, Md. – The Baltimore City Community College athletics department debuted its new page on Twitter on Wednesday to coincide with the launch of the redesigned BCCCPanthers.com page.

The BCCC athletics Twitter page can be viewed at www.twitter.com/BCCCPanthers. Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read other users' updates known as tweets. Tweets are displayed on the user's profile page and delivered to other users who have subscribed to them, known as followers.

The athletics department will expand further into cyberspace in the coming months with the addition of a YouTube page that will give fans access to highlights of select games and other behind-the-scenes videos from the department.
