Columbia, MD - The men's team traveled to Howard Community College for a MD JUCO conference matchup against the Dragons.
Joe Hugley and
Chad Andrews-Fulton knocked down 3 of 4 free throws in the last 15 seconds of the game to seal the 85-83 victory. With the win, Baltimore City improves their overall record to 14-10 and 8-4 in conference.
The win came after an exciting tied first half with the score tied at 42. The Panthers were led by 3 sophomores.
Deion Evans led the scoring with 21 points, 7 rebounds,and 2 blocks while
Joe Hugley chipped in with a double-double of 19 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 blocks.
Haneef Vaughn-Wilson also added 18 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists and a steal.
The Panthers will honor all of the academic and athletic success of the sophomore class in the annual sophomore night double header February 10.
