WESTTOWN, Pa.– The Baltimore City Community College men's and women's cross country teams competed Saturday in Cheyney University's inaugural Running With the Wolves 5k.
Cheyney University freshman Nazirah Purnell won the women's 3K race with a time of 21:52. On the men's side Jonathan Epstein of the University of the Sciences captured the win in a 3k with a time of 17:12.
For the BCCC women,
Bailee White and
Bianca White finished with times of 25:45 and 25:53 respectively.
Raelyn Muldrow finished with a time of 26:31. All three running placed in the top 20.
The BCCC men had
Ed Oliver-Hampton finished in the top 20 with a time 23:37. Other BCCC runners included
Terell Little who finished with a time of 24:03 and
Tirso Dorado finished with a time of 24:21.
The Panthers travel to Shenandoah University for the 9th Annual Hornet Harrier Invitational & Commonwealth Challenge at 10:00AM on Saturday, September 23, 2017.
