She has served in key coaching roles at institutions such as Trinity Washington University and Montgomery College, where she was the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and Student Academic Coordinator. During her tenure at Montgomery, she recruited over 40% of the student-athlete roster, implemented time management seminars, created academic GPA tracking systems, and launched showcase events like the “Unsigned Senior” series that elevated program visibility and recruitment success.
Coach Jackson is the founder of Saturday Basketball School (SBS), a high-performance skill development program serving middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes. Through SBS, she provides intensive training focused on individual growth, basketball IQ, and mental toughness, accepting only those athletes who demonstrate both passion for the game and a commitment to academic achievement.
