Balanced Attack Leads BCCC Men Over Anne Arundel CC, 95-74

BALTIMORE, Md. – Micah Fraction (Silver Spring, Md./Montrose Christian) scored a game-high 22 points to lead four Baltimore City Community College men's basketball players in double figures as the Panthers (8-2, 4-1 MDJUCO) posted a 95-74 win over Anne Arundel Community College on Wednesday night at the BCCC P.E. Center.

Michael Henry (Owings Mills, Md./Owings Mills HS) had 18 points and 14 rebounds, while Brandon Belt (Odenton, Md./Arundel HS) and Kendal Williams (Dover, Del.) poured in 14 each.

For the game, AACC (4-5, 1-5 MDJUCO) shot 38.4 percent (28-of-73) from the field and 18.8 percent (3-of-16) from 3-point range. The Panthers hit 35 of their 76 shots from the floor, including 7-of-22 from beyond the arc. They outrebounded the Pioneers 56-40 and forced 18 turnovers.

Kareem Downs and Breon Clowney each scored 14 for AACC. Clifford Quinn added 12 points.

BCCC travels to Jamestown, N.Y. this weekend to take part in the Jamestown Community College Tournament. The Panthers play at 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
