BALTIMORE, Md. – The Maryland JUCO Conference released the seedings for the 2011 basketball tournament on Monday morning. The Baltimore City Community College men's team will be the seventh seed, while the women will be the 14th seed.

First-round games will be played on Tuesday, February 15 at the site of the higher seed. The BCCC men's team (17-9 overall, 10-6 MD JUCO) will host No. 10 Chesapeake College (10-15, 7-9 MD JUCO) at 7 p.m. at the BCCC P. E. Center. In the December 1, 2010 meeting between the two teams, the Panthers won 94-86 in overtime.

The BCCC women (0-26, 0-13 MD JUCO) will travel to Rockville, Md. to take on No. 3 Montgomery College-Rockville (19-5, 11-2 MD JUCO) at 5 p.m. Rockville defeated BCCC 97-49 on January 12.

The final three rounds of the tournament will be played at Frederick Community College in Frederick, Md. from Thursday, February 17 to Sunday, February 20.
