MCHENRY, Md. –
Kourtney Anderson (Baltimore, Md./City College) recorded a team-high 12 kills and hit .500 to lead the Baltimore City Community College women's volleyball team to a dominating 3-0 win at Garrett College on Thursday night. The Lady Panthers won the match 25-17, 25-10, 25-12 and improved to 5-18 with the win.
Rachel Griffith (Baltimore, Md./Western HS) passed out a season-high 34 assists and
Danielle Standley (Baltimore Md./Milford Mill Academy) had nine kills and one block assist.
Rodchell Thompson (Baltimore, Md./Woodlawn HS) and
Jaizmeine Ramirez (Baltimore, Md./Woodlawn HS) each had seven digs, while
Iman Scott (Hagerstown, Md.) and
Jamira Wilson (Baltimore, Md./Southside Academy
) tallied eight kills apiece. Wilson added four aces.
The Lady Panthers wrap up regular-season play on Saturday when they travel to Arlington, Va. for a 10 a.m. match at Northern Virginia CC.
