BALTIMORE, Md. – The Baltimore City Community College women's volleyball team hosted the 4^th Annual Charm City Classic on Saturday at the P.E. Center. BCCC was defeated in all three matches and their record is now 1-7 on the season.

The Lady Panthers were defeated by Anne Arundel Community (College 25-27, 19-25), Frederick Community College (17-25, 4-25) and CCBC-Catonsville (25-13, 19-25, 12-15).

Jasmine Ashe (Baltimore, Md./Western HS) had a team-high 14 kills while adding three digs and three blocks.

Kierra Glasgow-Gibson (Baltimore, Md./Mervo HS) finished with 13 kills and 10 digs and Breiona Garrison (Baltimore, Md./Carver Vo-Tech) recorded 13 digs and nine kills.

Jaizmeine Ramirez (Baltimore, Md./Woodlawn HS) had a team-high 20 digs to go alongside six assists. Aminah Carter (Baltimore, Md./Baltimore City College HS) ended with a team-high 25 assists and gathered six digs on the day.

Ashe was named to the All-Tournament team.

The Lady Panthers will host Howard Community College on Tuesday night, September 9^th at 6 p.m. at the P.E. Center. 

General Admission will be $5, $2 for BCPS, and free admission for faculty, staff and students with a valid school I.D.
