BALTIMORE, MD. – The Baltimore City Community College women's volleyball team fell to defeat at the hands of Garrett College 3-1(23-25, 18-25, 25-18, 20-25) on Tuesday night in the P.E. Center.

Destiny Hutchins (Baltimore, Md./Mervo HS) led the Lady Panthers with a team-high seven kills on a .462 hitting percentage and four block solos.

LaShay Stackhouse (Baltimore, Md./Dunbar HS) and Jasmine Alston (Baltimore, Md./Mervo HS) had four kills apiece. Stackhouse also had seven digs and three solo blocks while Alston racked up a team-high 13 assists and six aces alongside six digs.  

Destiny Harris (Baltimore, Md./Edmondson HS) contributed with 11 digs and three kills and Charlida Basarath (Baltimore, Md./Dulaney HS) chipped in with four digs, three aces and two kills.  

Roxanne Dorsey (Baltimore, Md./Poly HS) finished with a season-high 21 digs for the Lady Panthers to go along with two aces and one kill.

The Lady Panthers will travel to Columbia, Md. for a match against Howard Community College on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. in the Howard Community College Athletic Center.
