Box Score HAGERSTOWN, MD. – The Baltimore City Community College men's basketball team defeated Harford Community College 81-80 on Monday night in Hagerstown, Md. BCCC has defended their crown and are back-to-back Region XX Champions.
The Panthers (19-11) were led by sophomore guard
Brian Kelley (Lanham, Md./Atlantic Shores) with 24 points. Freshmen forward
Deion Evans (Philadelphia, Pa./Imhotep HS) came off the bench to score 14 points.
Tre' Thomas (Bowie, Md./Riverdale Baptist HS) went 3-of-6 from behind the arc with 13 points and
Wilmer Johnson (New Castle, Del./William Penn HS) ended the game with 11 points for the Panthers.
The District game will be on Saturday, March 7
th in the P.E. Center in Baltimore, Md. at 3 p.m.
General admissions for the game will be $5.00.
