Box Score BALTIMORE, MD. – The Baltimore City Community College men's basketball team put together a complete team win in Saturday's game 93-69 in the P.E. Center. BCCC improves to 15-4 overall and 7-1 in the MD JUCO.
The Panthers had great production of the bench with 50 points and had 54 points in the paint. The Panthers never trailed in the game as they shot a season-high 48.6 percent from the field (34-of-70).
The Panthers looked in rare form and held the Dragons to 22-of-67 (32.8 percent) shooting from the field.
Gregory Ash Jr. of Howard Community College had a game-high 17 points. John Grant Jr. finished with 13 points, seven rebounds and four steals and Taequan Hall ended with 12 points and nine rebounds. Kyle Davis had a game-high 10 assists.
For BCCC, there were five players who finished in double figures in the scoring column.
Chad Andrews-Fulton (Philadelphia, Pa./Constitution HS) finished with a team-high 15 points.
Khyree Hunt-Hawkins (Philadelphia, Pa./George Washington HS) tied his career-high of 14 points.
Haneef Vaughn-Wilson (Philadelphia, Pa./Constitution HS) scored 13 points and
Fredrell Jenkins (New Orleans, La/JS Clark HS) chipped in with 12 points.
Brendon Smith (Baltimore, Md./Dunbar HS) contributed with 11 points and
Kelvin Howard (Temple Hills, Md./Dematha HS) grabbed down a game-high 11 boards.
The Panthers will be back in action on Wednesday night as they take on the Seahawks of Cecil College in the Physical Education Complex in North East, Md. for a 7 p.m. tip off.
