Box Score The Panthers win streak came to an end this afternoon at the hands of the Harford Community College Owls. The Panthers never seem to get in sink on the offensive end of the court. Their jumpers were not working in the beginning of the first half and they fell behind quickly. The Owls on the other hand were able to score inside and were up by double digits midway through the half. The Panthers did not give up. Their defense as usual provided them some momentum and they were able to claw back to tie the game at half time.

The second half was a repeat of the first. The Panthers couldn't get any easy baskets. The Owls were able to disrupt the Panther attacks and easy layups were missed opportunities. The Panthers didn't score the first 3 minutes of the second half and were soon down by 15 points. Careless passes also were a problem for the Panthers as they lead to some quick points by the Owls. The team tried to stage a comeback but couldn't get closer than 10 points. The final score was 82-71. The team's leading scorers for the day were Sophomore Zach Smith who put up 18 points. He was joined in double figures by Marquis Delahaye and Blake Neverdon who put up 14 and 12 respectively.

The team will take a short break and return to action Wednesday, December 13^th when they take on Chesapeake Community College. The game tips off at 7:00 pm.
