Baltimore, MD - The Baltimore City Panthers dressed just five players for the critical game against their rivals from Harford, ultimately falling to the Fighting Owls 74-36.
The Panthers struggled with shooting early on, but some solid defense in the second quarter kept the game within reach at halftime. As fouls started to accumulate against Baltimore City,
Jayda Matthews fouled out early in the fourth quarter forcing Baltimore to play with just four on the court for the rest of the game.
Madison Marshal led the way for Baltimore City, putting in a solid double-double performance with 12 points and 15 rebounds along with a couple of blocks.
Luv Barron scored 11 points with 8 rebounds and 3 assists while
London Galbraith added 9 points and 4 steals.
Baltimore City will look to rebound on Friday, December 20 when they host the Howard Dragons at 5 PM. The Dragons were able to win the season opening game between the two teams, defeating the Panthers 65-47 on November 1.
