• Three separate players laid claim to the top attacker moniker in Friday's opening match as Lia Owens, Kiyah Clea, and Nuwani Casimiro each clobbered three kills apiece with Owens blocking an attack, Clea leading the club with four assists, and Casimiro tallying up all three of the Panthers' service aces.

 

• Aries Weddington threw herself a block party at the net, swatting away two Cougars attempts and spiking a kill in her own right.

 

• Jayda English went for a Baltimore City-high four digs versus Frederick and added three assists to her ledger for good measure.
