BALTIMORE, Md. – The Baltimore City Community College women's basketball program racked up its second-highest point total of the season and its most during defeat, in a rematch from Monday night with Harford Community College, 97-53.

  • Kayla Johnson had perhaps the best night of her freshman campaign, setting a season-high of 15 points and ten rebounds for her fifth double-double while also picking up three steals and a pair of assists.
 
  • Pashence Perry paced both the offense and defense, dropping 20 points on the Fighting Owls in addition to four steals, both team-bests, as well as seven boards and two dimes as she shot 50% (9-of-18) from the floor.
 
  • Aries Weddington used her size advantage to grab a Panthers-high 13 rebounds including nine second-chance opportunities, converting them into six points plus a blocked shot.
 
  • Promise Whitmore led the way in assists at four, scoring eight points and tacking on seven boards for good measure.
