Panther Athletics would like to welcome  coach Brandon "Stretch" Morris to the Lady Panthers coaching staff as the volunteer Associate Head Coach. Coach Stretch as he prefers to be called comes to BCCC after serving as the Head Coach at Community College of Baltimore County Catonsville, where he was the Head Coach of the  women's basketball team from 2019-2024.

Coach Stretch joined the Cardinals as an assistant coach in 2018 before being elevated to head coach in 2019 as the thirteenth head coach in program history. In his five years as head coach of the Cardinals, Coach Stretch led the Lady Cards to 58 wins and three playoff appearances. He is the most successful coach of the program since its return in 2015. Coach Stretch's final season with the Cardinals was his most successful. His team won a program-best 22 games, won their first playoff game in program history and made it to the Region 20 championship.

Coach "Stretch" has over 20 years of coaching experience at multiple levels. His coaching career began at the high school level, coaching Lake Clifton High School, Northern High School, Western High School, IND and M.A.T.H.S Academy. During this time, he played a national schedule and coached highly recruited players. His accomplishes at the high school level include 2 state championships while at Western, and an IAAM "B" conference championship as an assistant at IND.

Coach Stretch's success continued when he won a D-League women's basketball championship as a coach for the Baltimore Starz of the  American Amatuer Union (AAU). At the AAU level, he also coached the nationally ranked Baltimore Cougars and the Lady Shooting Stars. 

He has coached at the collegiate level as an assistant for the Morgan State University women's basketball program while also training athletes preparing to play at the collegiate and professional level. Head Women's Basketball Coach , Christopher Lewis says " Coach Stretch has been successful at every level and will be a vital asset to the women's basketball program here at BCCC.
