BALTIMORE, Md. – Alex Massado and Ana Cruz scored 24 and 23 points, respectively, to lead the Harcum College women's basketball team to a 100-25 rout of Baltimore City Community College on Saturday afternoon at the BCCC P.E. Center.

Harcum (1-0) had five scorers in double figures, including Massado and Cruz. Massado added seven rebounds and six steals.

The Lady Bears dominated the game from the beginning, going on a 19-0 run to start the contest. Harcum led by 37 points at halftime (54-17) and limited BCCC (0-2) to just eight second-half points. BCCC committed 52 turnovers, while Harcum forced 23 steals.

For the Lady Panthers, Daryl Faulkner (Baltimore, Md.) just missed a double-double with 10 points and nine rebounds.

The Lady Panthers are off until next Saturday when they travel to Martinsville, Va. to take part in the Patrick Henry Community College Tournament. BCCC takes on Patrick Henry at 4 p.m. on Saturday and Tidewater Community College at noon on Sunday.
