PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Tashay Smith (Baltimore, Md./Overlea HS) scored a team-high 27 points to lead the Baltimore City Community College women's basketball team to an 80-51 win at the Community College of Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon.

The Lady Panthers controlled the game from the start and took a 39-19 lead into halftime.

Three other BCCC players scored in double figures. Iman Scott (Hagerstown, Md./North Hagerstown HS) tallied a double-double of 15 points and 14 rebounds. Tiara France (Petersburg, Va./Petersburg HS) had 13 points and added seven steals, while Sheborah Miller (Baltimore, Md./Coppin Academy) recorded 11 points and six rebounds.

The Lady Panthers travel to Columbia, Md. for a 5 p.m. matchup at Howard Community College.
