HAGERSTOWN, MD. – The Baltimore City Community College women's basketball team defeated Hagerstown Community College 52-47 on Monday night in Hagerstown, Md.
The Lady Panthers (14-5) trailed 30-18 at the half, as the Lady Hawks went 16-of24 from the free-throw line to the Lady Panthers 2-of-6 from the charity stripe.
Hagerstown (10-9) out rebounded BCCC (21-19) and shot 35 percent in the opening 20:00, as BCCC shot 20 percent from the field.
In the second half, the Lady Panthers came back with a dominate second half of their own outscoring the Lady Hawks 34-17.
The Lady Panthers forced 28 turnovers and held the Lady Hawks to 5-of-21 shooting (24%) in the second half.
For the Lady Hawks, Olivia Turner posted a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds and Bianca Brown scored 10 points.
Iman Scott (Hagerstown, Md./North Hagerstown HS) finished the game with 10 points, eight rebounds, seven steals and three blocks.

th at 5:30 p.m.
