MIAMI, FL – The Baltimore City Community College women's basketball team went 1-2 on their trip to Florida.

The Lady Panthers (10-4), loss their first two games of the trip to Broward College (73-65) and to Miami Dade College (75-65) before leaving Florida with a win against North Central Missouri College (62-54).

In the three games for the Lady Panthers sophomore forward Michelle Wright (Baltimore, Md./Dunbar HS) averaged 17.3 points and 9.7 rebounds and freshmen forward Amia Howard (Baltimore, Md./Benjamin Franklin HS) averaged 13.3 points and 6.7 rebounds.
