My Fathers Plan is a non profit organization dedicated to giving the Baltimore inner city youth of all backgrounds and ages opportunities to grow, flourish and cultivate change through community activism. One of the ways the organization engages with the youth here in Baltimore is through sports. The non profit's founder and leader Mr. Dawud Thomas is teaming up with Baltimore City Community Collleges' athletic department to once again sponsor the Lewis League Volleyball tournament for high-school girls. The tournament wll take place April 26-28 on the campus of BCCC. 

Last years inaugural event was a success. The event was a one month styled league that saw the Doves of Western HS defeat the Knights of City High-School in an exciting five set match. The tournament format will change for this coming second season. There will be a single elimination tournament. In addition, there will be two new teams added to make the total 8. Admission is free.

Bliss - Baltimore Leadership School for Young  Girls
Carver Vocational HS
City HS - Baltimore City College
Edmondson HS
Park Forest HS
Patterson Park HS
Western  - Western HS
The game times are as follows:

April 26th
11:00 am - City vs Carver
12:30 pm - Western vs ACCE
2:00 pm - Bliss vs Patterson
3:30 pm - Forest Park vs Edmondson 

April 27th 
11:00 am winner of City vs Carver plays winner of Western vs ACCE
12:30 pm winner of Bliss vs Patterson plays winner of Forest Park vs Edmondson 

April 28th
5:00 pm - Championship Match
