Bob Ullman was a three-sport athlete at the Community College of Baltimore (CCB) in the early 1970’s. He played two years of baseball, one year of football, and one year of soccer for the Red Devils. Ullman was an All-Region XX and All-District First-Team pick in 1973 when CCB made it to the JUCO World Series.

Ullman spent five years as a player in the Amateur Softball Association of America and the International Softball Congress playing for the Reading Sunners, the Class Walls and the Maryland Masters. The Maryland Masters team was the ASA National runner-up in 1996 and 1997 and Ullman earned all-America honors in 1997.

Ullman was named the head softball coach at Coppin State University in August 2009 after one season as an assistant and led the Lady Eagles to best season in school history in 2010. CSU won a record 22 games that year and Ullman was named Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Coach of the Year for his efforts.

Ullman is the owner of Cisco Athletic Company, which manufactures sports uniforms, and is the father of five children: Brittany, Arika, Brett, Breanna, and Connar.
